Peace begins with each of us

On November 23-25, a training "Local Peace Committees: World Practice of Local Interaction in Ukraine" was held in Kryvyi Rih, where trainers immersed the group in effective elaboration of the topic.

Every aspect covered resonated with the group. So, in three days, we managed to create an easy atmosphere of interaction and absorbing the new knowledge. Being experienced facilitators, trainers often believe, the event was attended by those who had to attend it, and each participant filled the common learning space with their own experience, making this event unique.

And what influenced the effectiveness of the training, you may ask?
- interesting topic for the group;
- full involvement of participants;
- willingness to share their own experience and thoughts;
- professionalism of the organizing team.

It seems that the components are quite expected, we can not deny this, because the simple creates genius; and at the same time, not everyone manages to create something significant using elementary and familiar things. Although, it is the rethinking of everyday things that contributes to the qualitative change of our daily actions and their impact on public processes. To what extent this has been achieved, you can read in the feedback of participants after the training:

So, receiving such a feedback, we are inspired to build peace and spread a culture of conflict resolution in Ukraine and, consequently, in the world and beyond
