The first training for representatives of local communities in Eastern Ukraine has been implemented

On 26-28 of May 2018, a training for representatives of  local communities in Eastern Ukrainehas been implemented in Schurove.

This was the first event of a comprehensive training course on reconciliation and inclusion in local communities.

During three days, 32 participants from amongst civic activists of Donetsk, Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, Luhansk and Kharkiv regions gained skills of analysis and understanding of the conflict and its actors: their behaviour, motivation and psychology.

We are waiting for the next meeting in June in Zaporizhzhia!

The training was implemented within the "Crisis prevention and Peace building in Ukraine – Time to Act!" project, supported with German Federal Foreign Office’s funds by IFA (Institut für Auslandsbeziehungen), Funding programme zivik.
