On 23 of December 2017, a significant event took place in Kyiv – the All-Ukrainian Congress of Leaders of Non-governmental Organizations "Donbas: Road Map 2018". The initiative was supported by politicians and statesmen of different views: Andrii Reva - Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine, Heorhii Tuka - Deputy Minister for the Temporarily Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons of Ukraine, Serhii Taruta - People's Deputy of Ukraine, and Refat Chubarov - Chairman of the Crimean Tatar People's Majlis, Deputy of Ukraine.

The event was attended by delegates from 152 NGOs from 57 cities across the country, including representatives of RUNY. The main purpose of the event was to address the issue of protection of the rights of people affected by armed aggression in Ukraine, at the national and international levels.

The common vector of actions is the basis for the All-Ukrainian Platform of Donbas as a platform of collective leadership. A fundamentally new subject of public influence will contribute to:

✔ effective teamwork with authorities at all levels
✔ implementation of regional and all-Ukrainian projects of non-governmental organizations.

Every caring person or an NGO may join the initiative, because with pooled efforts, peace in Ukraine can be achieved much faster.

The final event within the "Crisis prevention and Peace building in Ukraine – Time to Act!" project – an Ending Conference in the Open Space format was held on December 16-17, 2017.

The training for media representatives that work in the Conflict area in eastern Ukraine and pay close attention to the coverage of the conflict was implemented on November 15-17 in Dnipro.

On October 5, friends and partners of the Consulate General of German Republic in Donetsk gathered in Kharkiv to celebrate the national holiday - German Unity Day, RUNY representatives were also invited to take part.

Training for representatives of institutions that work on mental recovery: psychological centres, NGOs, foundations, humanitarian organizations and individual psychologists has been implemented on August 31-September 02 in Berdyansk.

During July, a training course on reconciliation and inclusion in local communities was implemented for residents of small towns near the Contact line and Grey zone.
