The major obstacles for gender equality in Ukraine are social stereotypes, that still consider women to be weak compared to men, and as those that play secondary role in social, political and economic life of the State.

International youth exchanges are short-term projects for young people aged 18 to 35 years from different countries. These projects can be at least between two countries, but usually 4 countries and more take part.

The development of relations in the society is accompanied by the changes of current legislation. This is largely due to the fact that Ukrainian legislation has not yet entered into stability and consistency, there are a lot of contradictions and vague provisions in it.

All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. There cannot be privileges or limitations on the ground of race, skin colour, political, religious or other beliefs, gender, ethnic and social origin, property status, place of residence, linguistic or other grounds.

The issue of internally displaced persons is one of the most important for Ukraine. A large part of society is not ready to accept these people in their regions. This situation creates scope for potential conflicts in the Ukrainian society and leads to its further split.
