Politically-conscious citizens are one of the most important resources of the society, the most dynamic and energetic social group, which will determine the development of society and the State in a few years. Today's realities require considerable political activity and ability to fully participate in the governing processes of the State. Having balanced and reasonable political position is extremely important for citizens in modern Ukraine.

RUNY implements educational programs for active citizens on the understanding of structures and functions of institutions of the Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches of power, mechanisms of their interaction, the electoral law, voting procedures, programs of candidates, provision of skills of conscious and responsible voter, raising the awareness and capacity of citizens to self-nominate their candidacies for elections and to create political unions.
